Refunds & Returns Policy

This policy applies to change-of-mind or unwanted purchases. For faulty or defective products, please refer to our Warranty Policy. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Refund Amount:

• Refunds will be issued for the product value paid.

• Bank or credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Conditions for Return

To qualify for a change-of-mind return:

• The item must be unused and not fitted.

• The item must be in original, resaleable condition.

• All original packaging, hardware, instructions, and accessories must be included.

• The product must not be damaged after delivery.

• The product must not have been modified, altered, painted, drilled, or installed.

• The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Returns will not be accepted for products showing signs of installation, wear, misuse, modification, or damage.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect product, a product damaged in transit, or a product supplied in error, please contact us immediately. If confirmed as our error, Zeus4x4 will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Return Shipping Responsibilities

For change-of-mind returns:

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs.

• We recommend using a tracked courier service.

• Insurance is recommended, as Zeus4x4 is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent freight damage. Damage sustained during return shipping may affect eligibility for refund.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

1. Email info@zeus4x4.com.au

2. Include your order number, full name, item details, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

Please do not send items back without prior approval.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, processing may take 3–5 business days. Bank processing times may take an additional 5–10 business days. In most cases, refunds are completed within approximately 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Return Address

Approved returns should be sent to the address provided once your return request has been approved.

Australian Consumer Law Notice

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
