Thank you for choosing to shop with ZEUS 4x4. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

*Domestic Shipping Policy*

When checking out, if we haven't made contact with the buyer regarding Trays & Canopies, the item will be dispatched to a local depot due to its freight size. As these items require forklift offloading, it's advisable to contact us for accurate shipping costs. Trays and Canopies cannot be delivered to residential addresses.

For freight that necessitates tailgate use, there will be an additional charge if required by shipping contractors, which the purchaser must cover.

Certain items, due to their size, will be sent to a local depot as door-to-door service cannot be provided by shipping contractors.

*Business Premises:*

If your business premises have forklift access, please ensure accuracy in providing this information. We can ship products to business premises, and pricing may differ compared to residential addresses. Please inform our sales team accordingly.

*Product Dispatch Time*

At ZEUS 4x4, we guarantee timely dispatch of all purchased products. While orders are typically processed within 4-6 weeks, we aim to ship much sooner, often within one to two weeks. Please note that pre-order items are subject to waiting times based on international shipping and Australian custom clearances. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Any unexpected freight delays once items leave our premises are solely the responsibility of the freight forwarder. ZEUS 4x4 is not associated or partnered with any freight carriers. We ship products based on the carrier selected by the customer at the time of purchase.

In case of delivery delays, we'll keep you informed and offer options such as waiting with an approximate wait time, choosing a different product of equivalent value, or opting for store credit.

During peak periods with a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. In case of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we'll notify you via email or telephone.

*Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates*

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We ship to home or business addresses across Australia. However, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

*Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking*

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been dispatched. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

*Store Pickup Orders*

For store pickups, customers must arrange order collection within 10 business days of receiving the 'Ready for collection' notification via email. Failure to collect within this timeframe will result in the order being considered abandoned. In such cases, the order will be automatically canceled, and the full purchase amount will be issued as store credit. Please note that no refunds will be provided for uncollected orders beyond the specified 10-day period.

*Dispatch Goods Not Received*

If dispatched products are not received and we are unable to assist in locating them during transit, we require you to provide a Statutory Declaration witnessed by an eligible person stating that you have not received your product before considering a replacement for a product lost in transit. We retain sole discretion to refuse replacement of a product lost in transit.

All lost goods may take up to 30 days for investigation and resolution.

*Damages*

We advise customers to consider adding insurance to bulky goods or products to cover damage during transit. If a product is damaged, we will either send a replacement or provide compensation to the buyer based on the extent of the damage. It is imperative to inspect and report any freight damage to ZEUS 4x4 within 24 hours of receiving the item and signing from the freight carrier.

We can lodge a claim with the freight carrier within three business days for damaged freight, provided the required documentation and notification are provided within the specified timeframe.

Minor scratches caused by freight are not covered by ZEUS 4x4, as we ensure that items are securely packed and strapped on pallets.

Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

*International Shipping Policy*

At present, we do not offer international shipping.

*When can you purchase Freight Product Cover:*

ZEUS 4x4 Pty Ltd provides Freight Product Cover for all its products. Customers can purchase this insurance option during checkout, either online, by telephone, or in-store. If the option is unavailable at checkout and you wish to inquire about obtaining Freight Product Cover, please contact us immediately before completing the purchase.

If you've already completed a purchase without obtaining Freight Product Cover and wish to inquire about purchasing it afterward, please notify us promptly. In certain circumstances, usually shortly after purchase and before dispatch, you may still be able to purchase Freight Product Cover.

*What’s included in Freight Product Cover:*


Freight Product Cover insures against loss or damage to products during transit, including those transported by truck, train, ship, or aircraft. It covers products that are lost, stolen, or damaged to the extent that repair costs equal or exceed 60% of the product's purchase price.

*What products is Freight Product Cover suitable for:*


Freight Product Cover is suitable for various products, including those containing plastic, bull bars, side steps, canopies, steel trays, and aluminum trays.

*How much is Freight Product Cover:*

Freight Product Cover is calculated as 10% of the purchased product order, excluding shipping costs. Each order requires separate Freight Product Cover; they cannot be combined.

*Terms and conditions applicable to Freight Product Cover:*

- Customers may use their own freight forwarding service provider, but ZEUS 4x4 Pty Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage to products in transit.
- ZEUS 4x4 Pty Ltd reserves the right to provide or refuse Freight Product Cover to any customer.
- Freight Product Cover cannot be purchased after receiving or collecting the product.
- Coverage starts when the product is first in transit and ends upon delivery or collection by the customer.
- Claims for loss or damage must be reported to ZEUS 4x4 Pty Ltd within 24 hours of receipt, with all supporting documentation provided within three days of request.
- ZEUS 4x4 Pty Ltd may undertake various actions, including replacement, refund, or repair, based on its discretion and the extent of damage or loss.
- The customer acknowledges that these remedies are final and that ZEUS 4x4 Pty Ltd's liability under Freight Product Cover is limited.
- Freight Product Cover is valid for all regions of Australia, excluding overseas destinations.
