This Warranty Policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this document limits or excludes your statutory rights.
What Our Warranty Covers
1. Manufacturing or Design Defects
If a product is found to have a manufacturing or design fault within the applicable warranty period, Zeus4x4 may, at its discretion:
• Repair the product
• Replace the product
• Supply an equivalent product (new or refurbished)
• Provide a partial or full refund
The decision on remedy will be determined after inspection.
2. Transit Damage (Where Shipping Insurance Is Selected)
If freight protection or shipping insurance was selected at checkout and the item arrives damaged in transit, the product may be repaired or replaced in accordance with the insurer’s claim process.
3. Product Recalls
If Zeus4x4 issues a product recall, we will repair or replace the affected component(s) as required. The remedy will be limited to the recalled part only.
4. Third-Party Products
Any products supplied by Zeus4x4 but manufactured by another brand are covered under that manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Warranty Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for warranty support, the following conditions must be met:
• A valid proof of purchase must be provided. Warranty begins from the shipment or collection date.
• The product must be installed according to Zeus4x4 fitting instructions.
• The product must be properly maintained.
• The product must be used for its intended purpose.
• Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
• Repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not apply to:
• Incorrect installation
• Product modification or alteration
• Use of non-genuine or incompatible components
• Use outside recommended vehicle applications
• Overloading beyond stated limits
• Racing or competition use
• Misuse, negligence or accidental damage
• Significant vehicle modifications beyond intended design
• Cosmetic wear including scratches, chips or fading
• Normal wear and tear from off-road use
Costs Associated With Warranty Claims
Unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law, the customer is responsible for removal, reinstallation, packaging, freight, labour, travel, downtime, hire vehicles, and any consequential losses. Zeus4x4 may choose to assist with freight costs at its discretion.
5. How to Make a Warranty Claim
1. Email info@zeus4x4.com.au with a description of the issue, photos, proof of purchase, and vehicle details.
2. If required, return the product for inspection, securely packaged.
3. Zeus4x4 will assess the claim and determine the appropriate remedy.
Australian Consumer Law Notice
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
